Background and History: Tse was born on the island of Minea (Crete) of parents who had immigrated from Hannu. They then moved to Ramarche when she was 3, and she began working in Jasmine Place brothel in Tell Qa at age 13. Low wisdom (7) but with high intelligence (18) and a savvy business sense, she bought the brothel at age 17 and managed it for 14 years while its profits paid for her magic user training, before until finally selling it to go adventuring. This was the first of many profitable investments for her (secondary skill: Merchant"). Her first child, Mei-Peng, was also born when she was 17.

She began her adventuring career at age 31 and was an eventual part of Team Overkill.
