The Calendar of Old Dafan

Dafan of 250 years ago (and millennia before that) was an unusual world, for its entire calendar system was altered aeons ago to conform to exact intervals, the result of ancient Hobgoblin planetary engineering. Thus the year was exactly 360 days long. Each of the 6 months was exactly 60 days, as measured by the orbital period of Luna, the major moon -- a moon so large that it had its own atmosphere and seas. Each month had precisely 6 weeks, as the orbital period of Kuu, the minor moon, was exactly 10 days.

The most commonly-used calendar was that of the Elves:

Dating systems: as most parties have at least nominal connections to Ikon city, the Ikon dating system has been used for all Dafan adventures. The date refers to the number of years since Ikon peninsula - consisting of the old Vridistan provinces of Periend and Tualyn - declared independence from the Vridi Empire.
