Giant Lizards, and then a lot of Trolls. Party ambushed by 7 Ghasts;
Vainamoinen and Snagger killed. Party retreats, nearly everyone
in bad shape. |

back to Troll caves, battle more Trolls. Taro kills 4 Trolls in 3
rounds; does 240 points of damage in one round. But Arlephone killed.

Defeat
44 Troglodytes with little difficulty. With most of the Party either
in need of training or dead, the Party decides to exit. |

Make
it to surface, walk to Milborne. Oðúlfr
rejoins, having completed his training. Aithra decides to hire Aischylos
as a henchling. Decide to keep Vainamoinen and Snagger dead, but look
into having Arlephone resurrected; have to wait for a high-level Cleric
to return, around July 22.

Amid
a growing division within the Party between Good and Evil characters
(most notably Taz and Aelyina), Darkmoon steals from Aithra a finger
of Arlephone; she and Aelyina take all of Arlephone's gear and share
of the loot, and flee the Party on Aelyina's new Broom of Flying:
Darkmoon and Aelyina leave. Among other things, they hope to
have Arlephone resurrected before the rest of the Party can do so,
and recruit her into a new party separate from the rest. |
